Job summary

Fortis Franchise Group, the #1 Mathnasium Franchisee in the United States, seeks a Management Trainee to join its leadership development program at Mathnasium centers. You will gain hands-on experience in running a learning center, serving customers, and supporting community outreach.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in business management or related fields, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer service
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong communication skills including compassion, building connections, active listening, and problem solving
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with urgency
• Ability to plan, organize and work proactively
• Leadership, empathy, tact and diplomacy
• Ability to interact with students, parents and staff with sensitivity
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
