Job summary

Fortis Franchise Group, the #1 Mathnasium franchisee in the United States, is hiring a Lead Instructor in Burleson. This part-time role leads the instructional floor, coaches instructors, and may assume Center Director duties in their absence.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills through 12th-grade mathematics.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children, tutoring, teaching, coaching, or mentoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning floor, manage the instructional flow and student–instructor ratios.
• Coach and support instructors; provide feedback to the Center Director.
• Open/close the center as needed; support family interactions and enrollment.
• Ensure consistent use of the Mathnasium Method and monitor student progress.
