Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Two years of managerial experience required.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training accepted that demonstrates knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Co-create assessments with faculty across courses, replacing traditional exams with performance tasks and portfolios.
• Build reusable assessment templates, rubrics, and implementation guides for broad adoption across disciplines.
• Map curricular pathways by sequencing assessments across degree programs.
• Facilitate faculty cohorts and provide individual coaching through transformation cycles.
• Translate learning science into practical, gradable course revisions.
• Measure the impact of redesigned assessments on student learning, engagement, and persistence.
