• Extensive experience as an instructional designer, learning scientist, assessment specialist, or educator in K-12, higher education, or edtech contexts.
• Experience designing or evaluating tutoring, quizzes, formative assessments, or interactive educational media.
• Ability to judge academic correctness, learner suitability, and developmental value of activities.
• Hands-on practice with rubrics, outcome measurement, or innovative grading systems.
• Experience creating or optimizing visual, interactive, or multimodal learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for precise feedback and remote collaboration.
• Availability aligned to US Pacific Time preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and refine interactive learning materials for accuracy, pedagogy, and learner engagement.
• Analyze learning interactions to measure durable understanding over rote answers.
