Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Education Practitioner – Learning & Assessment Specialist to support our AI training project remotely from the USA. The role focuses on evaluating quizzes, tutoring materials, and assessments to improve learner outcomes and engagement.

You'll develop and refine assessment rubrics, review educational content for accuracy, and provide feedback to enhance AI-driven learning tools. Collaboration with instructional design and content teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, instructional design, learning science, or assessment.
• Strong understanding of learning objectives and assessment methods.
• Experience developing educational content for diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Availability aligned with US Pacific Time is preferred.
