AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Learning Specialist to organize and conduct training programs that equip and inspire employees to excel in their roles.

The role collaborates across the organization to prioritize learning needs and deliver effective solutions through diverse adult-learning methods. The Learning Specialist will design onboarding and upskilling initiatives, work with Patient Services, field management, and Marketing to tailor training solutions, and ensure consistent content across the

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
• 2-3 years pharmaceutical or healthcare, instructor lead training experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies; formal design and development approaches, adult learning best practices, industry training technologies used to deploy, maintain and monitor learning to geographically dispersed customers.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills and an aptitude for public speaking.
• Ability to develop cross-business connections and build collaborative relationships.
• An aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers onboarding and upskilling programs as well as other L&D initiatives to meet changing organizational needs.
• Collaborates with internal customers to define training solutions that meet identified needs.
• Conducts needs assessments and instructional analysis to ensure consistent training content and methods across the organization.
• Applies training best practices based on adult learning theory using various delivery methods.
• Identifies new training approaches to improve efficiency of training development.
• Partners with the Instructional Design team to develop online training.
• Maintains attendance records, reports on progress, and keeps training logs up to date.
