Job summary

PK Software is seeking an Onboarding & Education Manager to build and own customer education. You will stand up our learning management system (LMS), produce video-based training content, and design structured learning paths for pharmacy staff.

The role is about 80% customer education and 20% onboarding, with hands-on time helping customers go-live when demand peaks. You will partner with Product and Support to ensure content stays current and effective.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in customer education, training, onboarding, instructional design, or enablement at a software company.
• Hands-on LMS administration and course-building experience.
• Video production: scripting, screen recording, and editing with Camtasia, Descript, Loom.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Confident on-camera presenter and able to lead live trainings.
• Clear, concise writing that translates complex workflows into guides.
• Solid project management with multiple content projects running concurrently.
• Data-minded with habit of measuring training impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the customer education strategy and roadmap, moving from ad hoc training to structured, scalable programs.
• Implement and administer the LMS, including course structure, enrollment, and reporting.
• Script, record, and edit product training videos and eLearning modules.
• Design role-based curricula for pharmacy staff and certifications over time.
• Create assessments and certification paths to validate customer proficiency.
• Assist Support with knowledge base articles and maintain content consistency.
• Host live training sessions, webinars, and office hours as needed.
• Collaborate with Product to keep content current with releases and major launches.
