Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Learning Architect to strategically design and develop impactful learning solutions that measurably improve performance. The role collaborates with stakeholders to plan advanced experiences and ensures outcomes are relevant and measurable.

The Learning Architect evaluates learning programs using industry-standard frameworks and uses data-driven insights to refine programs in line with company objectives and key results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field – required.
• 5 years of experience in learning architecture or instructional design driving business outcomes.
• Experience managing learning projects through intake, analysis, SME engagement, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and SMEs to align learning with business goals.
• Lead design of learning solutions with clear storyboards and plans for handoff to designers.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and project milestones throughout the lifecycle.
• Design evaluation strategies (e.g., Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) and provide data-driven insights.
• Drive innovation with simulations and interactive learning and ensure QA before release.
