RaceTrac is seeking an Instructional Designer to lead the learning architecture within the L&D team, translating business needs and performance gaps into structured, evidence-based learning solutions for frontline retail environments.

You will partner with SMEs, business stakeholders, and Content Developers, apply adult learning principles, design with various modalities, and ensure measurable outcomes through evaluation and standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive instructional design experience.
• Translate needs into measurable learning objectives.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and content developers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses and translate performance gaps into learning objectives.
• Design learning experiences using ID models and create production-ready materials.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to guide content development.
• Establish evaluation strategies and measure learning impact.
• Collaborate with Content Developers and stay current on trends.
