Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to lead training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. This role facilitates GO classes and helps monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
You will deliver materials for GO, UOP, and special seminars, stay current on learning trends, and provide feedback on participant performance to drive improvements.
The Learning & Development Trainer position is responsible for conducting training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates.This position facilitates GO classes and assists with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness.This position also assists with providing feedback on GO participant performance.
*Benefits available for eligible permanent full time associates
Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,500
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
