You will create engaging content for in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings, maintain the LMS, and build ongoing learning programs aligned with business goals. A Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in instructional design are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education, business, or similar field is required.
2-4 years' experience in instructional design and instructional technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills and public speaking confidence.
Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
Strong lesson and curriculum planning skills.
Proficient in managing classroom settings across in-person, digital, and hybrid formats.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS tools.
Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Omaha, NE and work on-site.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver engaging learning experiences in person, virtual, and hybrid settings.
Develop training materials such as presentations, handouts, guides, modules, and job aids.
Maintain and evolve Signature's learning programs to reflect industry trends.
Build relationships with stakeholders to support knowledge sharing.
Identify performance gaps through consultations, surveys, and data analysis to drive business impact.
Maintain Signature's Learning Management System and serve as LMS expert.
Manage logistics including scheduling, enrollment, and stakeholder communication.
Support interns and apprentices with guidance and resources.
Use data and dashboards to monitor progress and adjust learning experiences.
Advocate for lifelong learning and establish learning communities.

About The Position

Create and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences in in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid classroom settings.
Develop training materials such as presentations, handouts, facilitator guides, digital learning modules, or job aids tailored to various learning styles and audiences.
Build and maintain Signature's ongoing learning programs to ensure they are kept up to date and evolve with industry trends and best practices.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to support knowledge sharing.
Identify performance gaps and learning needs through consultation, surveys, interviews, or data analysis to identify how learning solutions can deliver positive impact on business goals.
Maintain Signature's Learning Management System and be a go-to person for LMS needs throughout the organization.
Manage logistics associated with learning experiences such as scheduling sessions, enrolling learners, and communicating with key stakeholders.
Serve as a key point of contact for interns, apprentices, and their supervisors, providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure successful learning experiences and alignment with business and program goals.
Use data and dashboards to monitor learner progress, track completion rates, and assess the effectiveness of learning experiences and adjust as needed.
Advocate for lifelong learning by developing learning communities and celebrating learners.

Bachelor's degree in education, business, or similar field.
2-4 year's working experience in instructional design and instructional technology.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional presentation skills. Confident public speaking in front of small to mid-sized audiences.
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
Well-versed in classroom management strategies for in-person, digital, and hybrid environments.
Functional computer skills in Microsoft products and Learning Management Systems.
Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Omaha, Nebraska metro area. This position is required to work on-site at our office in Omaha, Nebraska.

Preferred Requirements:

Accredited Coaching or Professional Development Certifications.
Visual design skills, including ability to create visual aids, storyboards, and reference materials.
Knowledge of healthcare administration industry.
