Base pay range
$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Learning And Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your talent for creating focused, audience-centric learning solutions that drive success for teammates, cross-functional partners, and the company as a whole. Your creativity and collaboration skills will be key as you work closely with subject matter experts to transform content into impactful, engaging learning experiences that resonate with staff
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate educational content to ensure it is accurate, clear, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Design assessments and activities that effectively measure learner comprehension and practical application.
- Partner with subject matter experts to validate and enrich content relevance and quality.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve learning materials and instructional delivery.
- Analyze assessment data to identify learning gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in learning design and evaluation.
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and educational materials delivered through multiple modalities (classroom, webinars, eLearning, infographics, blogs).
- Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of design processes, templates, and tools.
- Rapidly develop engaging content and activities using holistic Learning Experience Design (LXD) principles tailored to internal training needs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals and project deadlines while ensuring quality standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, designing blended learning solutions and managing learning programs.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, content review, and assessment development.
- Solid understanding of learning theories and assessment methodologies.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills, able to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional program management abilities to plan, execute, and evaluate learning initiatives successfully.
- Proficiency with industry-standard eLearning development tools; Articulate 360 preferred.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to influence change, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, linking learning decisions to measurable outcomes.
- Experience working in SaaS companies or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
