We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to develop, coordinate, and facilitate credit union training programs using adult learning methodologies. The role involves working with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support organizational initiatives, ensuring training methods are current and effective through needs assessments and learning technology innovations. Responsibilities include curriculum development, facilitating training sessions such as new employee onboarding and business communication, and recommending content updates. The Specialist will serve as a resource for employees during and after training.
Qualifications include 3-5 years of related experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Business Administration, or a related field, and CPTD designation preferred. Credit union or financial institution experience is a plus. The role combines facilitation and internal member service, requiring skills in public speaking, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.
