Pop Mart Group is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to drive retail training initiatives at their Glendale, CA office. This role involves developing on-the-ground training solutions and supporting store teams to ensure effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail, be proficient in LMS, showcase strong communication skills, and possess a passion for people development and instructional design.

The Operations Learning & Development team is responsible for empowering our team members to shine in their roles and grow amazing careers at POP MART! We bring this to life through training programs, leader-led coaching, job aids, our Learning Management System (LMS), and on-the-job learning experiences.
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will bring learning to life in our stores. You will be a bridge between strategy and the store floor, supporting the development and execution of retail training initiatives across the organization. This role offers exposure to multiple facets of Learning & Development, with opportunities to grow into instructional design, program management, or leadership roles within POP MART’s People or Ops teams. While the role primarily operates during standard business hours, occasionally early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required to support store teams across time zones.
