Job summary

Sierra West is seeking a seasoned Learjet 60 Captain to operate within a Part 135 environment from a California hub. You will fly, manage schedules, and ensure on-time performance while maintaining the highest safety and customer service standards.

Ideal candidates bring ATP certification, current Instrument Proficiency, FAA First Class Medical, and a US passport. You’ll travel extensively and be comfortable with flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• ATP license required; ATP-R considered.
• Current Instrument Proficiency Check.
• FAA First Class Medical.
• Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• English proficiency
• US work authorization
• Passport required

Responsibilities

• Operate as Captain on the Learjet 60 in a Part 135 environment.
• Champion a safety-first culture while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate closely with crew and ground teams to ensure smooth, on-time operations.
• Travel extensively as required by flight schedules and client needs.
• Adapt to various shifts with the flexibility for occasional overtime and after-hours call-outs.
