Job summary

Bond Coat seeks an experienced Learjet 60XR Captain for immediate opening. The role is based in Odessa, Texas (KODO), supporting Part 135 and Part 91 operations. Candidates should reside nearby or within commuting distance of Odessa/Midland.

Requirements include 2,500 total flight hours, 1,000 turbine hours, unrestricted FAA ATP, First Class Medical, FCC Radiotelephone Permit, and a valid passport. English fluency, leadership, and strong communication are essential, with ability to travel

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 2,500 hours or more.
• Total turbine time: 1,000 hours or more.
• Unrestricted FAA ATP license.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit.
• Valid Passport.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; able to operate iPad.

Responsibilities

• Operate Learjet 60XR in Part 135 and Part 91 operations from Odessa, TX.
• Provide safe, professional flight operations and leadership to the crew.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
• Maintain high levels of safety and operational discipline; coordinate with dispatch and maintenance.
• Be willing to travel internationally as NEA-authorized operations require.
