Senneca seeks an enthusiastic LEAP Program Associate to join our Salt Lake City, UT facility for a starting Summer 2027. The role includes classroom training, process shadows, and on-the-job rotations to build core competencies across leadership, customer care, and business analytics.

Participants will lead or collaborate on projects, conduct data analysis, and develop in-depth market understanding while delivering superior service to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive meaningful results.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous internship and/or co-op experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking, leadership, business acumen, project management, relationship building and teamwork.
  • Willingness to relocate as business need requires.
