Job summary

Senneca is seeking an LEAP Program Associate for Salt Lake City, starting Summer 2027. You will undergo classroom training, site visits, and on-the-job rotations to build foundational competencies in our fast-growing doors business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, analyze data, and contribute to customer service excellence while developing leadership and industry knowledge. Relocation to Utah is expected; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous internship and/or co-op experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, and teamwork.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities
