  • Receive incoming goods and ensure accurate posting in inventory system.
  • Lead production kitting and manage material returns.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Generate and maintain inventory status and exception reports.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and cycle counts.
  • Support international shipments with proper documentation.
  • Act as backup to Materials Manager to ensure continuity.
  • Promote warehouse safety and lead staff to high performance.
  • Assign workloads and communicate with customers on shipping questions.
