Job summary

Hypertherm Associates is seeking a Warehouse Process Engineer to optimize warehousing and operational processes at our Hanover, NH location. You will design process layouts ensuring safety, equipment efficiency, and smooth material flow while applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

The role requires 4+ years in warehouse/manufacturing or distribution with a passion for process improvements, strong teamwork, and experience with MS Office and BOMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution focused on process improvement.
• Proven track record of delivering process improvements and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define process layouts covering safety, equipment, and material flow.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements.
