Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience using Visual Factory/Warehouse and LEAN tools and processes to drive standard work across the enterprise.
• Requires demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, business judgement, innovation, and teaming skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse operation.
• Train and manage the warehouse team to perform daily tasks.
• Execute inbound and outbound shipments; ensure material is processed smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain all aspects of the logistics network, incl. long-term contracts with 3rd party carriers.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups to meet customer requirements.
• Lead daily warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and logistics operations with focus on safety and accuracy.
• Implement lean systems for material flow, warehouse layout, standard work, and visual management.
• Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, freight planning, carrier performance, and logistics compliance.
