Dresser Utility Solutions GmbH in Houston, TX is seeking a Value Stream Process Engineer to drive manufacturing process performance within the B-Series Value Stream. The role focuses on improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost by spending substantial time on the production floor to identify opportunities and implement improvements.

You will lead Kaizen activities, establish standard work, and partner with Product, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to sustain gains and support new product

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Analytical and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience with manufacturing processes (machining, casting, assembly, etc.) and production systems.
• Experience with Standard work, Work Instructions, Process Documentation.
• Experience with Kaizen, Problem Solving, CAD tools, Excel and Power BI.

Mansioni

• Own manufacturing process performance within the B-Series Value Stream.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
• Identify process constraints, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and sources of variation.
• Lead Kaizen events and implement Continuous Improvement principles.
• Develop and maintain standard work and process documentation.
• Provide hands-on support on the production floor to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Product & Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, and Supply Chain.
