Job summary

Culf to Savannah Distribution Center, CFS BRANDS is hiring a Value-Add Supervisor to oversee light assembly, kit building, and relabeling projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety. You will lead a team, coordinate inbound/outbound workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in distribution center or light manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of core warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, materials handling, order fulfillment, replenishment, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Experience collaborating with corporate and cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
• Lean / continuous improvement experience within distribution required or preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills to develop teams and drive performance.
• Solid business acumen and strategic thinking with ability to understand customer needs and apply judgment.
• Ability to travel by air for business purposes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience in printing, labeling, or related precision-driven processes.
• Proficiency in AS400, Blue Yonder or other ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership for the Savannah DC Value-Add area, promoting safety and driving productivity and quality in light assembly, kit building, and relabeling.
• Develop work schedules, allocate labor and equipment to meet production and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, customer specs, and quality standards while addressing bottlenecks.
• Track costs, hours, and output to support billing accuracy and cost analysis; lead process improvements.
• Travel to CFS locations to support integration and operational alignment.
• Lead training, coaching, and mentorship of team leads and employees; manage daily communications and performance reviews.
• Participate in recruitment of new employees and temporary labor.
• Manage inventory control and cycle counts; maintain audit-ready DC with proper handling and organization.
