Job summary

CFS Brands in Ellabell, GA is hiring a Distribution Center Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced startup environment. This role oversees receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and employee performance to support growth, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, drives accountability, and continuously improves operational performance while supervising 20+ hourly associates and ensuring on-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse packing or logistics operations.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ hourly associates.
• Strong safety mindset and enforcing safety protocols in receiving or warehouse operations.
• Tier One WMS experience; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
• Experience in automated, fast-paced facilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Lean/Six Sigma methodologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center activities including receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
• Monitor workflow and labor allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and process issues.
• Assist with developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Schedule staffing levels based on operational demands.
• Address employee concerns and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective measures in partnership with the Safety Manager.
