Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading Kaizen projects.
• Experience with value stream mapping (VSM).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3.
• Apply Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the organization.
• Eliminate waste and reduce variation to achieve sustainable results.
• Lead Kaizen projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate data research and cost-saving initiatives using data portals.
