Job summary

MCC, Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to drive Lean culture and productivity in the plant. You will engage plant leadership and frontline employees to achieve tangible results through CI initiatives, waste elimination, and KPI improvements.

Requires a proven track record in leading complex Lean programs, and ability to influence non-direct reports. The role reports to the Plant Manager and partners with site leadership to transform operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in plant leadership.
• Lean manufacturing experience in complex facilities.
• Proven track record directing teams including non-direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean transformation and CI initiatives to exceed business objectives.
• Coordinate Kaizen events and follow up on action items.
• Develop site transformation plans with site management.
• Mentor leadership across the plant to sustain improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity metrics are improved.
