Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, or operational excellence in manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methods.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MES, data analytics, and process automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills; cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plant-wide CI roadmap aligned with business goals and efficiency targets.
• Lead deployment of LMS and 80/20 improvement, driving accountability at all levels.
• Implement 1-minute management concepts with visual tools.
• Create and maintain the ideal state Value Stream Map and transformation plan.
• Own TAKT requirements to meet 98%+ on-time delivery.
• Eliminate bottlenecks and waste in production, assembly, and supply chain.
• Serve as Lean SME and develop playbooks for application.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional problem solving.
• Develop Daily Management System to track KPIs and outcomes.
• Use RCA, SPC, and data analytics to drive decisions and improvements.
• Mentor employees and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
