e.l.f. Beauty is hiring a Manager, Continuous Improvement to drive Lean principles and a culture of ongoing transformation. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify waste, implement standardized processes, and deliver measurable cost savings while aligning initiatives with company goals.

The role emphasizes change leadership, data-driven problem solving, and collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
• PMI/PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is desirable.
• Proven track record leading organizational change and improving processes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of Lean and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and drive cost savings.
• Monitor, measure, and report on savings and progress toward goals.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
