Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement with a proven ability to lead Kaizen events.
• Experience with the Hoshin Kanri strategy framework is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across teams.

Responsibilities
