Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing experience across functions with sustained improvements.
• Proven track record delivering Kaizen events with measurable results.
• Experience with Hoshin Kanri is highly preferred.
• Strategic thinking aligning actions with goals.
• Strong coaching, teaching, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hoshin Kanri deployment to align plant and unit goals with corporate strategy.
• Plan and facilitate cross‑functional Kaizen events across manufacturing, sales, and support.
• Implement Lean tools (5S, standard work, visual mgmt, VSM, TPM) to reduce waste.
• Oversee TPM pillars and early equipment management initiatives.
• Develop Lean/TPM training programs for all levels and foster continuous improvement.
