Pennsylvania Transformer Technology, LLC is seeking a results‑driven Continuous Improvement Leader to drive enterprise‑wide Lean Six Sigma initiatives across our Dead Tank Breaker manufacturing operations. This hands‑on role coaches teams, builds a self‑sustaining CI culture, and delivers measurable cost and efficiency improvements.

You will lead strategic CI programs, partner with leaders across functions, and report progress to executive leadership, enabling scalable growth and operational

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent) and proven impact in manufacturing CI.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing continuous improvement.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and delivering measurable cost/efficiency improvements.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute site-wide CI strategy aligned with production, quality, and business goals.
• Lead value stream mapping, remove bottlenecks, and reduce cycle times across lines.
• Apply DOE/ SPC to critical processes and drive scrap reduction and yield improvements.
• Improve material flow, scheduling, and supplier handoffs to reduce lead times.
• Coach and certify Green/Black Belts, facilitate Kaizen events and A3 problem solving.
• Track ROI, OEE, throughput, safety, and quality KPIs for leadership reporting.
• Identify automation and digital transformation opportunities (MES, IIoT).
• Maintain daily management systems and visual controls on the shop floor.
