Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives across the Outdoor Division, driving standard work, Kaizen events, and process improvements that boost safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will coach teams, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires engineering training, Six Sigma, and 3–5 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience with strong data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred.
• 3–5 years in Lean/Six Sigma roles with experience leading kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Engage and operationalize the Hunter Douglas Lean Management System.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Develop and enforce Standard Work across workstations.
• Mentor associates in Lean tools and problem-solving methods.
• Analyze plant processes and implement RCCMs and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to sustain improvements.
