Job summary

Hunter Douglas, a world-leading window coverings manufacturer, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for its HD Outdoor Division. You will implement lean methods, standard work, and continuous improvement programs across plants, leading Kaizen events and coaching teams to reduce waste and improve SQDC.

You will mentor staff, manage cross-functional projects, analyze plant data, and collaborate with management and HD Brand Teams to sustain a culture of manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Lean/Six Sigma role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools (VSM, Process Mapping, Standard Work, Line Balancing, 7 Wastes, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Develop and enforce Standard Work across stations.
• Coach associates in Lean tools and problem solving.
• Analyze plant data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with management and HD Product Brand Teams.
