Job summary

Performix is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader for an onsite, 6-month contract in Fairfield, OH. You will drive end-to-end Lean initiatives across front-end and core processes, leading Kaizen events, and deploying smart factory solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, productivity gains, and sustaining the Production System through targeted action plans. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of Lean and Production System experience, strong project management, and proficient MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain required.
• Extensive Lean Manufacturing tools experience and Kaizen methods.
• 4+ years with Production Systems and agile project management.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and change-management skills.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement strategy from tendering to delivery.
• Animate improvements on plant operations based on Client Performance.
• Lead/sponsor Kaizen events and cross-functional actions.
• Deploy smart factory solutions in the plant.
• Define annual productivity plans and track direct labor gains.
• Report productivity metrics to support functions using standard tools.
• Drive sustainability of SPS at plant level and expand skills.
