Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a technical field with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean improvement projects and mentor Lean SMEs.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Ensure regulatory and company requirements are met.
• Coordinate cross-location change efforts in Ohio and nearby regions.
