Job summary

Swagelok is seeking an experienced professional to lead and guide technical project teams in Ohio. You will develop and coordinate project completion with minimal supervision and assist in planning during design and development phases.

The role requires mentoring technicians, engineering co-ops or entry-level engineers, with the expectation to independently support other technicians and review routine work as needed. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Expertise in chosen technical field.
• Proficient with moderately complex technical tools.
• Demonstrated project launches through completion.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Leads teams to complete major/complex assignments.
• Advanced problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient communication, programming and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient use of lab equipment and instrumentation.
• Good computer and office software skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and guides teams through technical projects and decisions.

• Assists project manager with project planning for design and development phases.
• Contributes to training technicians, engineering co-ops or entry-level engineers; may check routine work of other technicians.
