Responsibilities include leading Lean manufacturing, process simplification, and data-driven decision making; promoting Lean culture and delivering training to enable process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Lean methodology certifications helpful

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives to maximize value and minimize waste.
• Prioritize and execute lean projects aligned with business goals.
• Provide hands-on project management and strategic coaching.
• Promote Lean culture with standardization and visual management.
• Deliver Lean trainings and act as change agent.
• Establish data-driven lean metrics tied to strategic objectives.
