Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead cross-functional teams in deploying company-wide Operational Excellence initiatives. You will develop transformational plans aligned with OE objectives and support implementations across the organization.

You will drive change activities, design training materials, and coach teams to ensure knowledge transfer and adherence to standards. A strong Lean background, data systems experience, and collaboration across levels are

Qualifications

• Hold a degree or diploma in Lean Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong track record in leading change and influencing others.
• Strong analytical skills and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in deploying Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Develop transformational plans and management approaches aligned with OE objectives.
• Drive change activities and design training materials to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Conduct diagnostics and help teams develop improvement plans and solutions.
• Facilitate Lean-based improvements and promote value-added processes.
• Coach teams to implement tactical improvement plans and sustain OE gains.
• Build relationships across all levels to support change across the organization.
