AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for a well-established plastics manufacturer in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on leading Lean initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership and production teams to implement Lean principles effectively across the site.

Responsibilities include coaching employees, developing the Lean roadmap, and tracking progress using performance metrics. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Lean transformation. The compensation includes a base salary in the range of 85k - 100k/year and additional health benefits.
