Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a lean-focused Manufacturing Process Improvement leader for roles across Texas locations, with heavy travel (75–90%). You will drive capital projects, improve throughput, and boost profitability by partnering with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Safety teams.

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience ideally in precast.
• In depth knowledge and practical experience applying lean manufacturing methodologies.

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement at regional locations and support profitability and competitiveness.
• Provide training and mentoring to plant-level teams in lean process improvements.
