Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products seeks a manufacturing process improvement specialist to lead lean initiatives and capital projects across Texas locations. Travel 75–90% across plants in Houston, Mansfield, Roanoke, San Antonio, Brookshire or Castroville.

Responsibilities include developing production methods, mentoring teams, optimizing layouts, and delivering ROI on improvements in a safety-conscious environment. Strong collaboration with Operations and Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with lean implementations.
• Track record of delivering process improvements and ROI.
• Proficient with CAD tools and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for plant-wide improvements and capital investments.
• Provide training and mentoring to plant teams on lean practices.
• Lead projects from scoping to ROI analysis and implementation.
