Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to embed Lean thinking and the XNRGY Management System (XMS) across the Mesa 1 factory, supporting all shifts and driving performance improvements.

You will coach frontline leaders, build capability, deploy Lean tools, and lead Kaizen activities with cross-functional problem solving and structured improvement initiatives to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business or related field preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with Lean or continuous improvement exposure
• Hands-on experience supporting operational performance improvement is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the coordination of the implementation of the continuous improvement strategy – XMS (XNRGY Management System) across manufacturing operations and all shifts at Mesa 1.
• Develop and ensure compliance with the XMS master plan.
• Help embed Lean into processes, leadership behaviors, and governance.
• Support development of the XMS roadmap and strategy.
• Promote the daily follow-up and usage of the Management System through XMS KPIs (HSE, Quality, Productivity, People Development, and Cost).
• Support team members, team leaders, and supervisors during deployment or integration of new Lean–XMS tools.
• Mentor frontline leaders during their learning curves, identify skills to be developed, and build structured development plans.
• Assess acquired knowledge and track progress in capability development.
• Develop and lead training required for deployment of Lean strategy, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with responsible departments to support improvement initiatives, including communication planning.
• Support activities related to Lean tools and standard work implementation.
• Promote and facilitate improvement during Kaizen activities.
• Support cross-functional problem solving and structured improvement initiatives.
