Job summary

Trane Technologies plc in Alabama is seeking a Team Leader to oversee Lean initiatives and coordinate MDI board meetings along with other lean activities. This on-site role requires guiding teams to ensure smooth product flow.

You will schedule work, manage overtime, ensure EHS compliance, monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, and coach fellow leaders. The role offers comprehensive benefits and an hourly base pay of $23 with no sales commission.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and coordinating Lean initiatives.
• Ability to train and coach team leaders.
• Completion of TLDP.

Responsibilities

• Leads MDI board meetings and other Lean-related activities.
• Assigns work schedules and coordinates overtime.
• Ensures the safety of employees and adherence to EHS requirements.
• Monitors the quality of products and work.
• Troubleshoots simple machines, processes, products, or employee issues.
• Leads and trains team leaders, provides feedback and coaching.
• Frequently communicates with team members, supervisors, and across departments, and with plant leaders.
• Coaches other team leaders.
