Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of materials through the full production cycle.
• Support on-time delivery by developing production/supply plans based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Define and maintain planning parameters in ERP systems to optimize subassembly and raw material plans.
• Resolve inventory, production schedule, or material shortage issues and implement countermeasures.
• Balance supply and demand to optimize inventory turnover.
• Communicate with factory teams to ensure continuous supply and meet quality/delivery standards.
• Drive Lean practices (consignment, Kanban, JIT, postponement) to reduce inventory while maintaining availability.
• Develop action plans with schedulers and factory teams for inventory control and continuous improvement.
