• Proven ability to solve complex problems related to inventory control.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas, pivots, and if/then statements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of materials through the production cycle.
• Support customer on-time delivery by developing production/supply plans based on demand forecasts and materials availability.
• Define and maintain planning parameters in ERP systems to optimize subassembly production and raw material supply plans.
• Resolve inventory, production schedules, or materials shortages and implement countermeasures.
• Balance supply and customer demand to optimize inventory turnover.
• Communicate with factory teams to ensure continuous supply and meet quality/delivery standards.
• Drive Lean strategies (consignment, Kanban, JIT, postponement) to reduce inventory while maintaining availability.
