Job summary

RealREPP in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer to drive Lean-based improvements in high-volume operations. You will apply Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste, map value streams, analyze processes, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with product engineering, production, automation, and quality assurance to optimize processes and ensure on-time performance. This role offers growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with visible impact.

Qualifications

BS in science/engineering.
3–5 years in manufacturing or process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to work legally in the United States full-time without sponsorship.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Drive value stream projects to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
Analyze data and observe processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Write procedures and support change controls for client programs.
Provide day-to-day production support as needed.
Create, modify, and manage bills of materials.
Provide technical leadership for unit operations.
Coordinate change control for projects.
Identify process improvements with Product Engineering.
Work with production, automation, and project engineering on improvement projects.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
