Job summary

RealREPP in Memphis, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer to drive lean transformation in high‑volume operations. You will apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to identify waste, reduce variability, and improve quality across value streams.

Responsibilities include leading projects, analyzing data, developing procedures, managing BOMs, and providing technical leadership with production, automation, and product engineering teams.

Qualifications

• BS in science/engineering required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or process improvement experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Employment is contingent upon legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects across value stream to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
• Analyze data, develop models, and identify inefficiencies in manufacturing processes.
• Write procedures, establish protocols, and support change controls.
• Develop and apply creative technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, conduct, or coordinate engineering analyses and tests.
• Provide day-to-day production support as needed.
• Create/modify/manage bills of materials.
• Provide technical leadership and ownership of unit operations.
• Manage change control for projects.
• Identify and initiate process improvements with Product Engineering.
• Collaborate with production, automation, and project engineering groups.
