Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in process improvement, operations, manufacturing, quality or similar roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, DMAIC).
• Strong project management and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication and change-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports identification and analysis of process improvement opportunities.
• Assists in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Coordinates workshops, value stream mapping sessions, and root cause analysis.
• Ensures process enhancements are measurable and aligned with goals.
• Collects and interprets performance data to support decisions.
• Maintains dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance.
• Tracks cost savings, efficiency gains and project ROI.
• Prepares summaries, reports and presentations for leadership review.
• Documents current and future-state processes and SOPs.
• Supports compliance with internal standards and quality requirements.
• Collaborates with DC leadership and cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Supports change management efforts and communicates progress to stakeholders.
