Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in process improvement, operations, manufacturing, quality or similar roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports identification and analysis of process improvement opportunities.
• Assists in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Coordinates workshops, value stream mapping sessions, and root cause analysis activities.
• Ensures process enhancements are measurable and aligned with goals.
• Collects and interprets performance data to support decision-making.
• Maintains dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance.
