Job summary

System One is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Oklahoma City, OK for a contract role. Hybrid onsite and remote, 40 hours per week, with a compensation range of $36.05 - $43.26 per hour.

The candidate will analyze, document, and improve agency business processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, create process maps, SOPs, and detailed documentation, and support organizational transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or similar service-related business preferred.
• Professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.
• Experience working in government, public health, or regulated environments preferred.
• Proficiency in developing executive reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, or implementation documentation.
• Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, or related professional training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support organization by analyzing, documenting, and improving agency business processes.
• Apply business process analysis and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and develop sustainable process improvements.
• Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation.
• Create high-quality process documentation, including SOPs, analysis reports, and recommendations to support operational effectiveness and agency transformation priorities.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, data analysis, and other assessment methods.
• Facilitate or support process improvement sessions with program staff, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
• Develop process measures and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of improvements.
• Support implementation, change management, and sustainment activities related to process improvements.
• Maintain project documentation, progress updates, and track risks, issues, and recommendations.
• Complete assigned deliverables within established timelines, incorporating feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
